Conch: not red or painful, just swollen.

I've had my conch piercing for a week now, it didn't give me any trouble until the day before yesterday. It became very sore, just out of the blue, hadn't hurt at all previously. I chalked it up to having been traveling for 20 hours, gave it a warm soak and went to bed. It was fine in the morning and didn't bother me at all yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night last night to find it noticeably swollen. It doesn't hurt too bad, I can notice a dull ache but not very painful at all. It's not red just a bit heated and relatively swollen. I looked at the back of the piercing and the jewelry (straight titanium barbell) seems to have possibly migrated down just a bit. I gave it a salt water soak for about 10 minutes about an hour ago and intend to repeat that about three hours from now when my lessons are over. Basically my question is, is this anything I should worry about or just the normal healing process? Should I do anything besides salt water soaks and just watch it? Thank you, the experience of the redditors on this subreddit is very appreciated, it's a great resource.
