I might be being paranoid but can you do this calculation for me?

It seems to me this Veigar has too much AP and Amor.

His amor should be 12+30+68+50 (aegis+tarlic shatter+GA+hourglass) which is only 160. He has 55 more than what he should have.

It's same for his AP. Even accounting for Ap runes and masteries and tarlic's ult, it's about 200 ap off.

What am I missing?
