[Help] What yoyo is this and is it any good?

I've recently dug this out of a box of old stuff I have, the yoyo is at the very least 5 years old. I'm wondering if it's any good for any kind of yoyo tricks?

It doesn't spin very well, with and without the little plastic/rubber piece that sits on the axle in the middle, but then again, the string is ancient.
