Question to WoW/MMO veterans about long term playability

I've recently started to really get into the GW2 hype, and plan to purchase it as soon as I get my next paycheck. But...I had a couple questions I hoped someone could answer.

Currently I play WoW quite a bit. I try to get on at least for a couple of hours every day, and I'm in a semi-hardcore raiding guild. But Ive been getting pretty tired of WoW, and find myself becoming quite bored.

Now, I know that Guild Wars 2 doesn't have instanced raiding, but that aside, do you think it has the same kind of longterm playablity that WoW has in terms of content to do? I was thinking about stopping my WoW sub and giving GW2 all of my gaming attention. Would someone like myself who's an active gamer find enough content to do in GW2?
