Where can I practice my Japanese in Tokyo?

Ok, I know this question might be ridiculous. However, the program I came with, everyone speaks English (including all the Japanese people). Many people are intent on practicing their English. Other people in the program speak English, and even if we go sight seeing, we are speaking English.

So! Is there a place I can go to practice my Japanese? Yes, I'm serious. Asking people on the streets for directions doesn't do it.
