New sedditor.. little game.. not sure what co-worker's intentions are

Basically I just started casually making conversation with a co-worker here and there when we have time.. (small exchange of sentences... no long talks) I'm a cook, shes a server... basically I don't have much of a history with ladies.. so my game is non existent. I am confident, good looking, and smart.. but when it comes to ladies my brain tricks them into some complex problem I don't understand.

I always look at the negative of things so when she does any form of IOI i assume it's just being friendly.. but my judgement is poor because I don't have a history of dealing with this shit. To give you a few examples of IOI's.. the other day as I was talking to a manager she comes up to us and rubs my chins and says "He's my favorite".. on multiple occasions she has just rubbed my chin when walking by... and I have no idea how to take it.. no female has ever done that before. Also if we ever seem to look at each other while we are both working she will generally just make a weird face.

The last thing that makes me really skeptical to her attempting to make any advances on me is that the difference in age is just about seven years... (her being older) ...shes an HB with a wonderful personality. My mind says shes just being friendly and too good to be true. Regardless, I think my next step is to just grow some balls and ask her what she likes to do for fun, and then ask her if she wants to do something together sometime.
