Do you know of any good brands/types of pre-paid phones?

I could not find a straight-forward (related) answer on AskReddit.

I am currently on Straight-Talk for $45 a month, unlimited everything (text, talk, web). I own the Galaxy Precent. This phone was purchased last October. (Oct. 2011). Since then I have had many problems with the phone. The customer service isn't terrible, nor is it great.

The phone is absolutely terrible though.

*It force closes almost everything, the internet will not load most the time.

*The signal in my house is pitiful (usually one bar or nothing, this is under sprint).

*It won't let me unlock it unless I try about 10 times.

*I have to call someone 4+ times in order for the call to go through.

All around, it is just terrible.

I am looking to spend around $200-400USD, on the phone itself.

Things to bear in mind:

*I use my phone quite a lot.

*I don't text as much as the average teen, but enough to surpass the oldsters. (ha)

*I do use the internet on my phone a lot.

*I don't make many calls.

*I want a qwerty keyboard.

I do want unlimited everything. Or at least a great compromise. The price per month is prefered around $20-50USD.

So do you have any ideas on brands/companies?
