Just diagnosed, prescribed Lithium

Hello, I knew reddit because of r/starcraft. After got diagnosed I just tried to type in r/bipolar. And viola!

My doctor told me we didn't need to classify it (bipolar 1-2 etc.) he just told me, you are in the level that you don't need clinical attendance or treatment but a level that fucks up your life. (Clarification: I started my medication and will be using them for the rest of my life but doctor said I didn't need to be closed to a clinic for severe treatment)

Which is true. I will write more about myself if you could welcome me.
