3 strange bugs I have no idea how to fix

I can't export any movies above 360p (anything higher just upscales 360p), every time I try to export a poster it crashes SFM and the resulting .tga file is just black, and clicking "Edit Game Configurations" in the SDK gives me the error "Setup file 'gameinfo.txt' doesn't exist in subdirectory 'vconfig'".

Only me I guess? :C
