Could you guys help me identify these watches?

I recently inherited these two watches, a Seiko and a fake/or real Rolex. Both of them are from the mid-to-late 80's to the early 90's, no newer than 1994. I was wondering what two watches these guys are, and if the Rolex is real. If you really wanted to go an extra yard, could you give a rough appraisal on these watches as well? Much appreciated :)
