My brother is going to apply for a ba in fine arts at the Hanze Minerva Arts Academy. I have a couple of questions:

1. Is this a good uni? Does it have a good name in the Netherlands?
2. Are there any scholarships/grants/funding available for the course, lodging, living expenses etc. in the Netherlands in general and for this uni in particular? He's 20/male/non-minority and is an EU citizen, if that helps.

Thanks for all your help :)
