Help me build a study plan

Hi guys,

I need your help in order to build up a study plan for chess.

I can study chess for 18 hours/week. That's 2 hours/weekday and 4 hours in the weekend.

I'm a 28 yrs old beginner. My level on chess.com @ 30 min games is somewhere around ~700 after 90 finished games.

How should I divide this time. I have access to books, videos from chess.com and I don't know how to organize my time.
