Thai ingredients in the UK

Hi all,

I just came back from a trip though SE Asia, and now I want to replicate some of the food I ate, especially in Thailand - the curries we had were incredible!

I went back to the same stall in Thailand 3 times to have their green curry, and watched the guy making it and I think I have the procedure down. The problem now is sourcing the ingredients here in England. Anyone have any ideas on where I could find any of the following:

Kaffir Limes and their leaves

Apple Eggplants and Pea Eggplants

Fresh Thai basil (quite different to the traditional stuff, has an anise flavour)

The rest of the stuff like coconut milk should be pretty easy to source. Also, any recommendations on good curry paste (I'll make it with store bought paste before trying my own paste) or fish sauce? Also, and this is a bit vague sorry: he added 2 sauces to the curry, one of which I know is fish sauce, what might the other have been? Soy? Also he added 2 white powder ingredients, one being salt, would the other have been sugar?

Thanks a lot for any help!
