[Monk] Found these Gloves, worthless or not?

So yesterday i found these bracers. I asked a friend what they are worth and he means nothing but he would take them for his Monk (not his main) Could you give me a price range what they are worth? I checked the AH but there are no items with exactly these prop combinatons

Thanks in advance
