Fresh 60 Monk. Advice?

Recently hit 60 with my monk and need some advice.

Bought about 400k worth of armor. Found some bargains.

Have i sacrificed too much dps to have my current levels of LoH and Lp/s?

Not sure I'm happy with the skill build, but it's gotten me halfway through act 2 without too much trouble. I barely use LTK though so I should probably replace that. I feel like I'm doing fuck all damage when I'm playing with others though. I'm used to feeling like a damage god with my Wiz & DH.

Ideas?
