How big is too big and how small is too small?

I've been hovering at 5/8ths for about 6 months now. And i think its a respectable size. I'm going to 3/4ths soon, Id like to go to like an inch but employers arent fond of bigger sizes. I see alot of people with stretched ears daily and it makes me wonder what others think.

My opinion is anything under 7/16ths isnt really worth stretching. But anything above 2" is out of hand. Obviously this is a personal opinion and i dont want to belittle people with sizes other then my ideal.

Im just curious. What does reddit think?
