Need a picture drawn for secret santa.

I need a picture drawn for arbitrary day. I have the idea and I would love to get a good quality image (or even a painting) done that I can have professionally printed (or if painted give the canvas to) my secret santa.

Obviously I don't want to post too many details publicly but if you know a better subreddit to ask for high quality work commissioned (ill pay) that would be stellar.
