I will buy a 3ds soon , but I still don't have any idea on which region I should buy.

To make the question clearer , currently I am an exchange student from Asia (Unfortunately not Japan) to Europe. So , I got a little bit confuse on the region of the 3ds that I should buy. I can't decide between USA and EUR region since I will study here in europe for only 1 year then back to my own country. In my own country USA region games are easier to find , but that also mean it will be a hard time for me during 1 year that I study in Europe if I choose USA region. Furthermore, I'm not that certain about my future. Maybe I will have a chance to continue and further my study here in Europe. What is your opinion , recommendation or suggestion?
