Quick question (possible Dawnguard & Main Quest spoilers).

So will obtaining the [Dragon] Elder Scroll before you reach that part in the Main Quest affect it at all or no? I've done multiple play-throughs, so aside from spoiling that part of the quest I can't be certain.
