Idea for a W/G m13 standard deck

So I really want to use Serra Avatar, so I built up a life gain deck around her

4x cathedral sanctifier 4x cloudshit 4x avacyn pilgrim 2x arbor elf 4x fog 2x caravan vigil 4x ajani sunstriker 3x pacifiism 4x feeling of dread 4x rancor 4x serra avatar 2x angel of jubilation 3x goldnight redeemer

I also really want to include 3x gather the townsfolk 3x titanic growth 2x farseek but I have no idea what to remove or if they should be included any and all advice is greatly appreciated, thanks guy!
