Weird deep bass, mixed with a helicopter noise?

I am with a friend and we are hearing this off and on noise. Its sounds like thunder mixed with a helicopter. What the heck is it? Its not a train, or cars cause some have been driving by and the sound was different. I dont see any helicoptors either.
