Will the Stress Test#2 Client be Patched for BWE3 or will we have to DL the whole 10gb+ all over?

Im one those unfortunate souls who have capped data limits, and downloading GW2 is a huge investment of my data. So I was wondering if the Stress-Test#2 Client (Which is currently downloadable) will be patched, Or will we have to download the whole 10gb+ Client all over again for BWE3?
