Watch band question

I was wondering if any of you might know the type of strap that is on this nixon http://www.barneys.com/Nixon-The-Automatic-Chrono/00505015140593,default,pd.html ? I can't figure out if it's custom to the watch or something I could buy aftermarket. An added question would be, what is r/watches on nixon's automatics?
