Simple test for fluorinated paper?

Some types of grease-resistant paper contain fluorocarbons. One such product called Asahiguard claims not to contain PFOAs or >8 carbon backbone compounds. There are a number of similar compounds, at least some of which are considered food-safe as per the US FDA.

I no longer have access to a GC with ECD; can anyone think of a clever test (spot test, maybe?) to determine whether or not paper or cardboard might be treated with fluorinated compounds?
