crushing problem.

I'm bisexual. I came out to my friends over 10 months ago. I was at my best friends birthday party, chillin in the corner when she came over said "anything goes" and then she kissed me. It was the best kiss I have ever had. A few months later she comes out to me and says she's bi too. Inside I was so happy for her and by this time I had a crush on her. When she comes out to me though she says she likes someone else. The person she likes comes out to me a month later and says she likes my crush. She knows about my crush and felt really bad when she kissed her. I havnt told my feelings to my crush. Should i? Even though I might ruin my friendship with either of them? I havnt come out to my parents so I thought to come here. Can anyone help me with some advice?
