Could you recommend a Moisturiser for oily skin?

Hello all,

I'm a 21 year old with really oily skin. I'm currently using Clean & Clear moisturiser (for face), however, couple of hours after putting it on, my skin gets a bit hot. So, I wash my face, which gives me a real sense of relief.

I have acne too, which I been trying to get rid of for about 4 years now. It's better than before by a mile, but there isn't a day when I don't have a single acne in my face.

Could you recommend a good moisturiser for my face?

Also, I have some black marks on my face (remains of acne, I assume). How could I get ride of it? Will Ex-foliating do the trick?
