How do I know if a Muslim girl is into me?

Ssalam Walaykum. I've been living in Morocco for several months now. I was previously living with a host family where I met my host-sister. She seemed very interested in me, an American, and we got along very well. Since moving out, I've talked to her almost every day online and met her a few times along with her friends. Being culturally and religiously sensitive, I've restricted myself in terms of physical contact and level of intimacy. I still have a relationship with the family , one that I hope to maintain throughout my stay in Morocco.

Now, the question. I'm not sure if she's into me or if she's just being friendly and sees me as a brother. While I was sitting next to her in a car, one of her friends asked if I was married and if I would marry a foreigner. She doesn't seem to have a problem in getting close to me in a non-sexual (IMO) way. So r/islam, help me out!

Edit: My intentions/question may have been misinterpreted. I'm only asking if these are signs that a Muslim girl would be interested in me. As opposed to other female Muslims, is this how one would act with someone she doesn't know as well as her other male friends? I live in a pretty modern and progressive (to an extent) part of Morocco. Her family is quite open and not as orthodox as other Muslims.
