Anyone know about English-language practicing schemes in Sheffield?

I know in a lot of places with international students there are schemes for people to get together to practice their English, does anyone know of anything similar in Sheffield? My girlfriend is here over the summer and is looking to chat with people who aren't me or my housemates... Alternatively if any native English speaker in Sheffield wants to meet up and practice their Spanish with a native Spaniard, she'd be interested in something like that.
