Scared; advice please

Dear r/BreakUps,

I'm far from home [30F]; my friends and family are on the other side of the world and they are asleep and I don't know who to ask/where to look for support.

I'm presently undergoing a severe break-up, I'm devastated and I don't know what to do; I have huge work responsibilites and a strict deadline, tight finances and I'm drowning under all the pressure. I always considered myself to be a fairly rational, stable girl, but I'm having these awful, macabre thoughts and I don't know who to turn to for support. Any suggestions or advice appreciated, thank you.
