[WSIG] Eclipse, Arkham Horror, or Mageknight?

I feel like i would enjoy all three games. I don't have enough money to buy any of these but My birthday is coming up and people have offered to purchase one for me.

My fiancee is pretty cool and she enjoys playing games with me. We play zombie dice, pathfinder, and blood bowl team manager together. The game I want has to have appeal for both of us. We handle complex rules pretty well but we tried to play blood bowl with friends the other day and one of them left the table and said he couldn't play it because it was too complicated. (he was kind of drunk).

In my heart I want to play eclipse first but I am kind of worried because I haven;t ever really played economy games before. I hear that eclipse has some good action and even dice rolling ( a bonus, we love dice) but I am worried it might not have enough.

I don't know a lot about mage knight but I am interested that you can play it solo. My primary concern is my fiancee and me more than just me though.

Arkham horror seems like it would be good but it looks kind of daunting with how complex it is.
