What is the creepiest thing that has woken you up that still remains unexplained?

Ok, I'll try and explain this the best I can

Back in the 90's when I was still at school and living with my parents, I would often stay up late at weekends playing on the original Playstation (PSX), the grey one with two buttons, one for power and one to open the lid for the disc.

I had modest size room, not too big or small. At one stage I had a small sofa bed as well as my proper bed, I had been given this by my grandma as she was going to just throw it away and I thought it would be cool to have a sofa in my room. Only problem was, once the sofa was in my room there was not much space to walk around as it was pretty cramped. But it was sweet because the sofa was right in front of my TV, so myself and friends could play video games comfortably.

Because of this, I often found myself falling asleep on the sofa, too lazy to move the couple of feet to my bed. This meant I was lying pretty close to the desk which held my TV and Playstation.

One night of gaming until the early hours, I turned everything off and just crashed on the sofa. I am an extremely heavy sleeper, meaning I can sleep through most things quite comfortably. I dont know what time it was, or how long I had been asleep for, but I woke up to the sound of my playstation turning on. I detailed the Playstation early on because, for those that dont remember the original Playstation, it had large circular physical buttons, as opposed to the PS3 which are touch sensitive, meaning you had to apply some pressure to push the button down in order to turn it on, which then started the spinning of the disc. I woke up, for no reason, a fraction of a second before I heard the 'click' of the button and the disc spinning. Because I was on the sofa bed, it was right next to my head, the sound was unmistakable, I didnt move for a few seconds and tried to compute how it had turned on, before reaching over and turning it off. I didnt think much of it and closed my eyes and fell back asleep.

When I woke up in the morning I checked over the Playstation, turned it on and off, it was fine, not faulty and it never happened again.

Unless there was a known fault, I consider this still unexplained.
