Is there a viable DH Melee build?

Found this item (http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/item/devil-tongue) and thought to myself that it would be awesome if there's a build that ACTUALLY works with this sword (or, I mean, any melee weapon) because it feels like if there isn't.... Blizzard just wasted a legendary slot? (yeah yeah I know they're ALL bad)

Also, if you guys have any other fun builds you like (like melee wiz/ranged barb etc) feel free to share :) freaky builds are my "end-game" in diablo 3 because I like experimenting.
