What is your bold prediction for the 12/13 season?

Steve Nash will become the oldest MVP in the history of the NBA.

I think the Lakers will be good enough to get the first seed in the West. They'll have a situation where they have 3 guys averaging 20+ points and 1 guy averaging around 13 assists and 10 points with a ridiculous FG%. The story will be so juicy that journalists will give him the MVP. It happens frequently where the best player on the #1 seeded team gets the MVP by default. I'm not saying Steve is the best player on the Lakers, it's obviously Kobe, but I could see the season playing out this way. Kobe has a great chance at getting the MVP as well.

Steve showed no signs of slowing down last year, and led a horrendous roster to a 33-33 record while shooting 53% from the field and getting 11 assists, despite having Channing Fryes and Markieff Morrises blowing plays left and right. If he can play at the same level as last season, expect big things.

I think things would have to go wrong, or have a major goof up by Mike Brown for Steve not to be a top candidate for MVP next season.
