Porta potties at the wedding venue: deal breaker?

Sorry if this appears twice on your feed. I posted this earlier today but it's not showing up for me on the feed at all.

We're in the process of looking at wedding venues and I've totally fallen in love with one, a bed and breakfast up a mountain. The price is decent for everything they're offering, the view is breathtaking, the grounds are beautifully kept and the house itself is so romantic and charming. The elderly couple who own the B&B are so sweet and welcoming. They even baked me a pie in anticipation of my visit. The wedding package is mostly awesome, too. It includes lodging and full breakfast for 10 people but costs less than even most places that only give you the day.

The one big concern is that they rent porta potties on wedding days. They rent it on the day of, so they would be clean and fresh. They'd let the squeamish ones use the house facilities. They also built a "country wash station with running water and sink". Maybe it won't be so bad since my wedding is pretty small (50-75 people) and the men and some women wouldn't really care...

But, I personally HATE porta potties. On top of that, if I had to wear something nice to a wedding, I'd be pretty annoyed at having to use a porta potty, even if it's freshly rented for just that day. It seems rude of me to expect that of my guests if I personally detest the idea so much.

I wish it were as easy as just completely writing off this venue on account of the bathroom issue but, asides from this, everything else is so perfect. On top of that, the owners are offering me a 10% discount on the site fees even though it's mid-season just because I said I was so worried about budget. It's the least expensive venue that offers lodging for 10 while also being what I consider to be the most romantic. Do I sacrifice a bit of romance and savings for practicality?

If I could get some reassurance that my guests would not mind it in the end, I would take this place in a heartbeat. Have you hosted or been to a wedding with porta potties? What was it like for you and your fellow guests?

tl;dr: great deal on venue of my dreams but porta potties. Squeamish go inside house. porta potties; that bad?
