The Pokemon League has picked you to be a Gym Leader: submit your team now!
The Pokemon League has become impressed with your skill as a trainer. They've seen you defeat the Elite Four countless times, and they know you have great character by the way you stood up to, and defeated Team ____. They feel that you would make an excellent representative of what it means to be Pokemon Trainer, and as such they would like you to become a Gym Leader. They know you are a busy trainer who is out working to become a true master, but they greatly desire your prodigal skill and fame in hopes of boosting trainer numbers. As such you get to name any town, in any region, and that will be the home of your new gym. You also get to be any badge number you want. Just name it, and you got it. All you need to do now is register your team.
The rules are simple, you can be placed anywhere, and the league will accomodate you with the appropriate reshuffling where needed. The team's should be built similarly to how they appear in the games. Thus if you decide to be the first gym; you shouldn't have more than three pokemon. Likewise if you're the fourth gym, your pokemon shouldn't be higher than about lvl 35. The league would also like you to register a final rematch team in order to give successful trainers a greater challenge. The league will also take into consideration a gym leader you feel needs to be removed, you can list who and why, just keep it short. Now, just register your info as follows with League and you'll be on your way:
Town,Region
Gym Number, and type theme
Your first team:
Your TM handed out upon defeat (the League will quickly develop any move into a TM for you to hand out, just make sure it fits)
Your Final rematch team:
Gym Leader you feel needs to go, and why.
Edit: Kanto is up-to-date with Gen IV, as such, Giovanni has been replaced by Blue in Viridian already. If you're a Gen I'er (or FR/LG'er) feel free to change it the way you want, just let people know what Gen you'll be referring to.
Edit 2: The league is aware of your extensive travels, as such your pokemon can be from any region, as long as one can be found in the region your gym inhabits.
Edit 3: No Ubers, a legendary is fine, as long as it's on your rematch team. Have some decent sense, we're trying to challenge future trainers, not destroy them. You've already proven yourself capable of that.
So i'll go first:
Lavender Town, Kanto
6th Gym, Ghost
1st Team (assuming they start in Pallet Town): Haunter lv.37, Dusclops lv.37, Marowak lv.39, Gengar lv.44.
TM: Shadow Punch
Final Team: Gengar lv.58, Marowak lv.59, Banette lv.54, Mismagius lv.56, Gengar lv.60, Dusknoir lv.65
Gym leader to get rid of: Blaine; Cinnabar is in ruins and there's nothing left. Get rid of the gym and turn what's left into a nature reserve. Blaine could head a research team stationed out there. Promote Sabrina to badge #7.
