[PC] An Unusual Coupe D'isaster with N&B

I have heard a lot of talk about the price and I have heard prices ranging from a bills to 1.5 buds so I would really appreciate it if I could get a price check on this. Also, I have heard gifting it makes it worth more on this hat. What is your opinion on that? Thanks guys!
