Girls of Reddit, all else being equal... how long am I (a dude) permitted to look at you before it becomes creepy?

Right now I average about 0.3 milliseconds before quickly looking away again. Somehow I doubt this is enough to have any sort of personal connection, but I am worried about looking like a stalker :(
