Need info about pre-ordering Borderlands 2 Ultimate Loot Chest

I really want the Ultimate Loot Chest edition. This is a problem since I live in Iceland and the local stores are highly unlikely to stock it. Thus I need to import it. Normally I'd just order it on amazon.co.uk but it seems to be unavailable in the UK (no mention of this edition on the Borderlands 2 site for the UK). This edition is however available on amazon.fr and amazon.de - the problem with that is that I do not know in what language the game will be.

Would it be safe for me to try and pre-order from either site? Should I be expecting differences between the English versions and these two versions?
