Anyone set up a RMAH Paypal link without a cell phone?

I submitted the following to Blizzard, which no doubt will be swept under the rug.

"I would like to add a Paypal account because it allows money to come out. Blizz bucks do not.

Now, to use Paypal, I have to purchase a mobile phone with a data plan to use it?

Please explain the steps to add Paypal without a textable mobile phone. I have the authenticator app for my iPhone... why not build your own app and send push notifications? I use Skype, which is not inbound-textable.

I've integrated Paypal seamlessly into sites without requiring a mobile phone and it is easy. If this is not possible, since when is an expensive phone plan required to play a game incompatible with mobile devices? "

Just figured I'd ask you guys who either 1. don't have a cell phone or 2. don't have one that allows inbound texts (such as Skype on an iPhone). Has anyone gotten this done another way? On the off chance support is actually helpful, I'll pass the info along.

Edit: I've posted the Q&A in a thread below. For the tl;drs: You can use a hotspot. You can't opt-out. Blizzard support thinks this is Paypal's requirement, which it is not.
