Have you ever been stalked or have you ever stalked someone?

If you've been stalked before, how did you figure out? Was it obvious? How did it end, with a restraining order or a move to a different place? Alternatively, stalkers, why did you stalk whoever it is you stalked? What was your reason for doing so? Were you happy while doing so?
