Looking for critique of plan I'm putting together

Hey guys. I'm currently in a bit of a plateau. After dropping from 270 to 210 after a year of training I've seemed to stagnate at 205-210. I've decided to get back on the diet plan that worked for me and make the push to get to 190 pounds, but I've been going back-and-forth about how to do it gym-wise. The dieting I know is about 80% of the battle, but for some reason I can't stick to a plan, but have decided to go back to what worked with my initial weight loss - a SS routine with HIIT cardio. I'm just looking for some more input into what else I could be doing, should be doing, or if I've got it all wrong and need to stop and get on the right track.

Appreciate everyone's input and thanks! Here's a photo for good measure as well, can post more as needed: http://imgur.com/jE3UJ

Goal: Drop to 190 pounds from 210 Caloric Intake: 2,500 Protein Intake: X (I think I need about 140g here, but I'm not 100% sure.)

WORKOUTS

----------- Beginning ---------

Light cardio warm-up (5 mins) into Starting Strength routine.

Workout A Squat (3x5) Bench Press (3x5) Deadlift (1x5) Dips (2x8-15)

Workout B Squat (3x5) Standing Military Press (3x5) Pendlay Rows (3x5) Pull-ups/Chin-ups (2x8-15)

Do MWF, alternating routines. (I.E. Week 1 ABA, Week 2 BAB) Track progress and increase weight overtime.

-------- After SS routine -------------

Monday: Arms Tuesday: Rest/Light weights if necessary Wednesday: Chest/Back/Shoulders Thursday: Rest/Light weights if necessary Friday: Abs/Legs

Short ab routine every day, consisting of three abdominal moves.

------- Post-additional lifts ----------

HIIT Cardio (Running, Elliptical, Rowing, Biking).

On rest days, cardio and light weight?
