Subtitles on TV?

I've come to Oslo for the summer to learn norwegian! I have a TV but it is not digital. I want to watch the norwegian shows with subtitles but can't figure it out. Is there a teletext channel I can put in to get them?

All the English shows have them already but I want to listen to Norwegian ones.

Takk!!
