Being top vs. 2 enemies.

I play a lot of normals with my friends, and sometimes one of them want to jungle, and i have to go top, and there is almost everytime 2 champions. I find myself losing my tower fast and missing out on CS.

What champion would you recommend for being top vs. 2?
