New HS Physics Teacher in way over his head! Please help

Hey reddit. I started a new job teaching grade 11 physics. Catch is I had to move away from home. I'm now alone in another country with little planning time. I'm now struggling to figure out what I'm teaching the next day and it's been 2 days in.

If there is someone who taught physics I would really appreciate some kind of rough course outline what you do or planned for on a daily basis.
