A response to "Es ist wolkig am dienstag".

The pen works very well indeed and overall I give it a 4 out of five.

It took a long time to write that sentence, but I think I summarised my feelings adequately. I wasn't sure on the rules regarding '4' or 'four', '5' or 'five', so I decided to hedge my bets and use one of each. I hope I conveyed my contentment with the pen, for it does work well. Perhaps next time I will add some detail as to how the pen works well, but for now it is enough to know that it does.
