Who is this woman?

I was watching Season 2 Episode 3, Office Olympics. Near the end when Michael receives his gold medal and everyone is clapping for him, there is a woman in the crowd who I have never seen before on the show. She's not in the rest of the episode and her being there is not explained at all. Anyone know what's going on with her?

Here's a picture

EDIT: I found it. http://theoffice.wikia.com/wiki/Luanne
