Cobweb Glitch (Devs read)

Me and some nice people I met were heading to yawpton for health pots. I was at the top of a tall tower and to get down fast fell onto a cobweb. Well I was then stuck there with no possible means of getting out as none of us had a shovel. If you could fix this, I'd be very grateful.
