I got my driver's license for 20 dollars. Do you have any stories of pathethic corruption or bribing?

I live in south-eastern Europe. My aunt was a judge at that time, so she arranged everything with a guy. I had to pay him later. I asked him if 20 dollars would be enough. He couldn't say no just because of my aunt.
