Is it sane to use nicotine to form good habits?
This website says that nicotine isn't inherently bad for you, and it's useful for forming good habits (like working out or studying).
How accurate is this?
And how great is the risk of becoming addicted and starting to take nicotine whenever you feel like it (rather than only to strengthen a good habit)?
