Early Morning/Late Night Yoga?

Does anyone know of a place in Albany that offers yoga at either 5 AM or 10 PM? I know it's a longshot, but my current life schedule sucks so I'm trying to make do. I know Best, Heartspace, and Hot Yoga do not.
